What am I actually buying?
You're purchasing a digital PDF file — not a physical print. After checkout, you'll get instant access to download your file and print it at home or at a local print shop.
How does the download work?
Right after your payment is confirmed, you'll be redirected to a success page with a download button. Your download link will be available after purchase — please save the file to your device so you can print it anytime.
What sizes are included?
Each print comes with files optimized for 8x10 inches, A4, and square format (where applicable). You can print whichever size fits your wall best.
Can I print at a professional shop?
Absolutely! You can print at home, at Staples, FedEx, your local copy shop, or any online print service. The PDF is print-ready at 300 DPI for crisp, gallery-worthy results.
Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?
Nope! This is a one-time purchase. You pay $5 once, and the file is yours to keep and print forever.
What if I lose my download link?
Email us at Vuckovicdraws@gmail.com with your order email address and we'll send you a fresh download link within 24 hours.
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital files can't be returned, all sales are final. But if something goes wrong with your download or the file is corrupted, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I share the file with a friend?
Please don't! Each purchase supports an independent artist and helps us make more cozy chaos. If your friend loves it, gift them the print or send them a link to the shop.
License & Usage
When you purchase a print from vuckovicdraws, you're buying a personal-use license. Here's exactly what that means:

Printing tips
Get the best results from your cozy print.
Use good paper
Matte or satin cardstock (200–300 gsm) gives that gallery feel. Avoid plain copy paper.
Check color settings
Set your printer to 'best quality' or 'photo' mode. Colors will be richer and more accurate.
Trim with care
Use a sharp craft knife and metal ruler for clean edges, or take it to a shop with a guillotine cutter.
